Equalixir

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Equalixir, published by Dr Kane Games, handles information when you use the game.

Local game data

Equalixir stores gameplay information locally on your device so the game can remember progress and preferences. This may include game progress, hearts or other gameplay resources, settings, daily-challenge state, and other local save information. Dr Kane Games does not require an Equalixir account for normal play.

Advertising

Equalixir uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide advertisements, including rewarded advertising. Google and its advertising services may automatically collect or process information for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

According to Google's current Mobile Ads SDK disclosure, this may include:

Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit. The exact data handled can depend on the SDK version, device settings, consent choices, ad-serving mode, and Google configuration.

Consent and privacy choices

Equalixir uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required to present privacy choices and manage consent for advertising. The choices available can vary by region and applicable law. You may also be able to manage advertising preferences using your device settings or Google's advertising controls.

Analytics

Dr Kane Games does not currently operate a separate gameplay-analytics account or custom analytics backend for Equalixir. However, Google's advertising SDK may process interaction and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and related purposes as described above.

Data sharing

Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is handled by Google and, depending on the ad-serving configuration and consent choices, may be processed with advertising partners involved in delivering or measuring ads. Dr Kane Games does not sell users' personal information.

Third-party privacy information

For more information about Google's practices and controls, see:

Deleting local game data

You can remove locally stored Equalixir game data using your device's app-data controls or by uninstalling the game, subject to any backup behavior provided by your operating system or app store. Data processed independently by Google is controlled under Google's own privacy tools and retention practices.

Children's privacy

Equalixir does not knowingly ask users to submit personal information directly to Dr Kane Games. Advertising and consent behavior is configured through the relevant Google services and must follow the app's declared audience and applicable platform requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Equalixir's features, advertising setup, third-party services, or data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this page and will show its revision date above.
